River of Light - Dac Rowe Celebration - River of Light - Dac Rowe Celebration
Calendar Hold for Dac Rowe for the River of Light Event. No registration required - simply to indicate the field is in use. Every December since 2010, community members of all ages have been coming together to celebrate and participate in the excitement of the River of Light Lantern Parade and festivities! In addition to enjoying the lengthy stream of enchanting lanterns, community members can gather at the parade's destination for hot chocolate, a bonfire, and entertainment such as Cirque de Fuego - fire spinners. Past years have included Burlington's street Samba band, Sambatucada, which has led the procession and are often joined by Burlington's Brass Balagan.
