Join Waterbury Rec Program Coordinator Katie Mandych* for a strong start to your day with early morning fitness classes! All you need to bring is an exercise mat, water bottle, and a positive attitude.

WHEN: (Updated Wednesday time) Wednesdays and Fridays 7:30-8:15am
WHERE: Waterbury Recreation Building (27 Butler Street, at Anderson Park).
COST: Free! Donations gratefully accepted to our Summer Camp Scholarship Fund.
WHO: Anybody ages 14+ with a desire to exercise with a group!
Participants will be led through a series of bodyweight exercises, with a focus on HIIT-style strength and cardio moves, plenty of good music and positive encouragement! All levels welcome, and participants are encouraged to participate at their own level. Exercises will be adjusted to meet the needs of any participants who show up!
Donation-based, drop-in style class, no registration necessary but please text 802-999-7237 if you plan to come - no text might mean no class! All donations will go towards Recreation programs and Summer Camp scholarships.
Ages 14+.
*Katie is certified in CPR/AED and First Aid, has experience coaching team sports, and played college basketball. She does not hold certification as a personal trainer - participation is at your own risk and liability waivers must be signed before participating, available on site. Ages 14-17 need guardian approval and signature for liability form (can be signed ahead of class).
